Ron Marlett's painting My German Expressionist Date was accepted into the Irvine Fine Arts Center's All Media 2014 juried exhibition. Ron's second humorist piece portrays himself on a date with Erna Schilling - the partner of Ernst Kirchner when Kirchner painted her portrait in 1915. Ron's friend Anthony Mack took this picture of Ron standing next to his painting that was hung in Gallery 2. |
