Ron Marlett became interested in the culinary arts so that he could create special dinners for his parents. In this picture, Ron poses with the Christmas dinner he made for his family. The dinner included lamp garnished in apricot sauce, cream of spinach with stewed tomatoes, sweet yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, apples and mint gelitin salad, and homemade rolls. |
