Ron Marlett's niece and her family sit with Ron's brother and mother for a family portrait at the Newhall home. Ron's family were very supportive of Ron's art career and found ways for him to continue painting full time. In 2006, the Camarillo townhome was sold and Ron moved in with his niece's family so that he could work on his artwork without having to work at another job.
