When Ron Marlett completed his boot camp training, he was transfered to the 14th Coast Guard District in Hawaii. While Ron was in Hawaii, the Marlett family moved from Canoga Park to 4300 Hartfield Court in Westlake Village; a planned neighborhood north of the San Fernando Valley. During Ron's last leave from the Coast Guard, he helped his brother Rich paint the home. Rich is standing on the roof at the far left side of the picture and Ron is sitting near the chimney. |
