Ron Marlett's sister Glennis and here husband Jim Goeschl bought 40 acres of land in Madera, California, where they built a home and took care of two horses. Ron liked visiting Glennis and Jim and sometimes he would bring his paintings and easel with him to take advantage of the solidarity that the quiet country had to offer. In the morning Ron liked going for a walk with the horses and in this picture, Glennis captured the moment when Ron gave Spree a carrot. |
